White Water River Rafting (Class I-III) followed by lunch at Kelley Farm Kitchen

Details
Please join us for a 5-7 mile rafting trip, conducted by River Riders, on the Potomac River (and the Shenandoah, if the water levels are high enough)!
Payment must be made to the outfitter directly: https://fareharbor.com/embeds/book/riverriders/items/42977/availability/1752357169/book/?full-items=yes . Please note that RSVPing here does not guarantee a spot on a raft. You must contact the outfitter directly using the link provided above (please type "VSDC" in the Comments section of the payment page so we know who has a reserved slot). Space is very limited, so please make your reservation as soon as possible.
This lovely and lively stretch of water is home to a great variety of bird species (including huge bald eagles) and runs through Harpers Ferry National Historical Park. The rivers' rich history can be viewed alongside their many unique features, all creating what the wildlife calls home.
Joining us will be Sarah Kellett, vice president of a local whitewater club. Sarah, a vegan for 25 years, will share information about how our choices impact our rivers, in hopes of working together to protect this spectacular wild habitat and the animals who rely on it.
