VSDC Book Club discusses “Dear Committee Members” (online)

Please join the Veg Society of DC Book Club discussion of “Dear Committee Members” by Julie Schumacher. This meeting will take place online, via Zoom.

Jason Fitger is a professor of creative writing and literature in the midwest. His once-promising writing career is in the doldrums, as is his romantic life. His tale of woe is told in a series of humorous letters of recommendation that students and colleagues call on him to write.

To participate, read at least half the book — and RSVP at least two days before the meeting. People who RSVP yes will get the details to join the discussion (a few days before the meeting). The details will not be posted on Meetup.
