This in-person meetup is part of the Veganuary Together series — a relaxed, supportive space to explore plant-based eating without pressure, perfectionism, or labels. You don’t need to be vegan, committed, or “good at cooking.” Curiosity is enough!
This week’s focus is very practical:
What do people actually eat when trying to eat more plant-based?
We’ll talk about:
- Simple, realistic meals
- What works when you’re tired, busy, or uninspired
- Convenience food vs cooking
- Repeating meals without guilt
- Letting go of the idea that plant-based eating has to be creative or complicated
I’ll gently guide the conversation so it stays welcoming, grounded, and useful — no debates, no convincing, and no right or wrong way of doing this.
