Taught by 93-year-old Miyo-sensei, who grew up in Nagano, with English & French-speaking assistant.

We use seasonal vegetables and fermented seasonings like miso and soy sauce. No additives or preservatives—100% homemade and vegan. - Discover Traditional Japanese Cooking

Conveniently located between Kamakura Station and Yuigahama Beach. (13 min walk from the Station / 7 min to Beach) - 4 types of oyaki
We make the dumpling with ingredients such as carrot, burdock root (gobo), eggplant, daikon radish, fried tofu, and sweet red beans (azuki). Recipes provided in English and Japanese.
Participation is 1,500 yen, which includes 4 handmade OYAKI dumplings and tea.
