What we're about

Vegan, vegan-inclined or curious about plant-based life? Join us to enjoy the company of like minded people, get advice and support, watch documentary movies, attend cooking classes, explore new restaurants, and eat delicious vegan food!

What is a vegan? The Vegan Society defines veganism as "... a way of living which seeks to exclude, as far as is possible and practicable, all forms of exploitation of, and cruelty to, animals for food, clothing or any other purpose." It's more than a diet. It is a means of greatly reducing one's harm to sentient beings.
