The Austin Vegan Association is excited to invite you to our monthly yoga series! Whether you're a seasoned yogi or have never rolled out a mat before, this one's for you. 🌿

Expect a gentle, mindful session full of stretching, breathwork, and good vibes to help you wind down and start your week feeling totally refreshed. 🌸
After we find our zen, many of us grab a vegan snack or juice right here at Wheatsville. It’s a great way to meet the AVA community!

🧘‍♀️About our instructor:
Meet Barbara, a seasoned pro who has been leading group fitness for over 25 years and sharing her love for yoga for the last five! For Barbara, the practice is a beautiful inner journey that combines mindful movement with breathwork, meditation, and a heart for service.
When she isn’t on the mat, you might find this former competitive triathlete channeling her energy into intricate rock painting or tending to her lush natural gardens. Barbara brings a vibrant, holistic energy to every session, making her the perfect guide for your mindful Sunday morning!

⚠️ RSVP & Capacity: This event is FREE, but space is limited to 20 participants. To help us prepare and ensure everyone who wants to attend can, please only RSVP if you are sure you can make it. If you can no longer attend, kindly update your status by Saturday evening so we can open your spot to a neighbor! 🌿
