Beautiful evening temperatures are here, and so returns our Full Moon Yoga nights!
We'll celebrate June's full moon on Friday, 6/21.
Our yoga session will be a combination of moon salutations, asanas, breathing exercises, a short meditation and a peace chant.
After the yoga, we'll have tea and treats in the park picnic style! Feel free to bring vegetarian finger foods or non-alcoholic drinks.
To increase the beauty of our session, if you have LED candles (no real flame) or flowers, please bring them! Having a candlelit yoga session is really nice. Also, we'll finish when it's dark, so definitely have a flashlight.

- dressing in light layers recommended

The session is freely offered. There is a liability waiver to sign before participating. If it's your first time, please come a couple of minutes before to sign the form.
