Our little yoga group is back from traveling. Let's enjoy a Saturday morning yoga session at our favorite library. Can't wait to see you!

Join us for a community yoga at the library!
Sessions combines Metta (Loving-Kindness) Meditation with gentle yoga to soothe the mind and open the heart to greater peace and compassion for self & others.
Everyone is welcome! This session is freely offered.
If you're new, there's a waiver to sign before participating. Come to the session a couple of minutes early to sign the form.
If you have a strong yoga practice and would like to lead a yoga or meditation session for us, please let me know! We're on the lookout for volunteers.
Please bring:
- a yoga mat
- yoga blocks (if desired)
- a meditation cushion (if desired)
- wear comfortable clothes
