All-Vegan Dinner at the New and Upscale ippudo V

Join us on Tuesday, October 22nd, for this unique, wonderfully tasteful, Japanese-inspired, vegan dinner at the new ippudo V in the Dumbo neighborhood of Brooklyn! ippudo is well-known for their incredibly flavorful ramen and this location is their 1st all-vegan one - of course it happens here in NYC! - that is also upscale and modern with a friendly staff.

About ippudo:
- "Ippudo" in direct translation means "one wind hall". This is because at the time in the 1980s, there were dark clouds over the Kyushu ramen industry, and the founder and CEO intended to "blow wind and revolutionise the era".
- Ippudo is well known for its tonkotsu ramen, and has been described as "the most famous tonkotsu ramen shop in [Japan]".
- The restaurant group has over 200 restaurants all over the world and this particular restaurant that opened ~July 2024 was planned to be its 1st fully plant-based location. After some initial challenges and learning, ippudo V is now all-vegan! (I have spoken to the management in detail and feel confident they understand the subtleties and have incorporated all-vegan ingredients, including soy and oat milks.)

Train Directions: Take the A or C train to High St, the 1st stop (northernmost) in Brooklyn, or the F train to York St and walk a couple of blocks to ippudo V at 117 Adams St in the Dumbo neighborhood of Brooklyn.
