## The Veggie Taste Brings Plant-Based Food, Wellness, Music and Community to Atlanta’s Historic West End on September 19
ATLANTA, GA — August 10, 2026 — Atlanta’s plant-based community will come together for an afternoon of incredible food, wellness education, music and culture when The Veggie Taste returns for its 16th annual festival on Saturday, September 19, 2026.
Recognized as Atlanta’s largest outdoor vegan and plant-based festival, The Veggie Taste will take place from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at 946 Ralph David Abernathy Boulevard SW in Atlanta’s historic West End.
For 16 years, The Veggie Taste has helped introduce Atlanta residents and visitors to healthier ways of eating without sacrificing flavor, culture or the joy of a great meal. The festival creates an inviting space for longtime vegans, families, wellness enthusiasts and people who may simply be curious about adding more plant-based food to their lives.
Guests will have the opportunity to sample dishes prepared by vegan, plant-based and raw-food chefs while discovering restaurants, food products and wellness businesses from throughout Atlanta and beyond. The festival will also feature nutritional speakers, health and wellness resources, an artisan marketplace, live music, product sampling and family-friendly activities.
“People are looking for realistic ways to take better care of themselves and their families,” said Nyemay Aya, founder of The Veggie Taste. “The Veggie Taste allows them to explore healthier choices in a space that feels welcoming, joyful and connected to the community. They can taste the food, meet the chefs, ask questions and experience how exciting plant-based living can truly be.”
The festival also provides a valuable platform for independent chefs, emerging food brands, wellness companies, artisans and community organizations. Vendors are able to introduce their products directly to consumers, build relationships and connect with an audience actively interested in food, health and conscious living.
As plant-based dining continues to grow across Atlanta, The Veggie Taste remains deeply rooted in the communities that helped shape the city’s vegan culture. Its 16-year history reflects a sustained commitment to increasing access, supporting local entrepreneurs and making healthier food choices feel approachable.Sponsors and brand partners will have opportunities to participate through product sampling, community engagement, lead generation, on-site visibility and direct connections with festival attendees.
