Lunch at Austin Java in Tarrytown (after the Bright Leaf Hike)

Unlike the other Austin Java locations, this place serves only vegetarian fare and has multiple vegan options. Local veg blogger Lazy Smurf (http://lazysmurf.wordpress.com/2013/01/15/austin-java-tarrytown-a-vegan-option-on-the-west-side/) wrote about their vegan Caesar Salad, Curried Tofu Wraps, Texas Pesto Pasta with roasted tofu, and something called the Tree-Hugger (vegan chorizo, tofu scramble, hollandaise and avocado on English muffins). Feel free to come for lunch even if you aren't coming on the hike. You do not have to be a VNA member; all our events are free for anyone to attend. Children and families are welcome as well.
