Open Share + Remaining 2026 Visioning

It was great to hear everyone's visions for 2026 last meeting. For anyone that missed the meeting or didn't get to share, we'll offer time in this one to voice their goals and vision for 2026.

We'll leave the rest of the meeting for open shares which we haven't had in a while.
