Join us at the University of Vermont to learn about talented engineering students working on cool projects!

At this event, we're highlighting the Senior Experience in Engineering Design (SEED) program at UVM, where seniors studying mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, engineering management, and biomedical engineering learn about the engineering design process, teamwork, project management, and manufacturing while solving a real problem for industry partners in interdisciplinary teams. The program has been running for 19 years, with over 2,000 students completing almost 500 projects.

Thanks to our sponsor VCET!

Accelerating innovation and entrepreneurship since 2005, the non-profit Vermont Center for Emerging Technologies (VCET) provides expert business mentoring, technology professional networking, coworking and accelerator spaces in Burlington, innovation programs, and venture capital investment.

Speakers: Student teams and their project sponsors will talk about the engineering challenges they faced, how they solved them, and their plans for the future. There were 96 students this year, working on 24 challenging engineering design projects.
