About us
Vertigo is an ultimate frisbee association for everyone in Eindhoven. We are an international group of students, young-professionals and not so young professionals. We train and play frisbee together twice a week to get better, learn from each other and to have fun!
Ultimate is a great sport for newcomers. If you are interested in playing it, you’re welcome to join us during any training. Mondays and Wednesdays at 7:30 PM at the grass football field behind the Van der Valk Hotel.

What do you need for a training?
Nothing special, normal sportswear is fine, but don’t forget the following:
- Shoes:
- Cleats (shoes with spikes) are recommended for outdoor. If it’s your first time you can also train on normal sport shoes.
- Dark and light shirt, if you have both, simplifies games played.
- Water, especially in the summer, lots and lots of water!
- In winter, wear thermals.
- Last but not least: a good mood, we’ll provide the fun!

Beginner Course
Van der Valk Eindhoven, Aalsterweg 322, Eindhoven, NLDo you want to try a new sport this year? Join our beginners course, no experience needed!
The course will be held every Wednesday from September 2nd until September 23th.
Ultimate Frisbee is a non-contact, self-refereed, fast-paced tactical mixed team sport in which your goal is to catch the flying disc in the endzone of the other team. It is known for the intense games, good spirit of the players and for being open to newcomers.
What can you expect?

The opportunity to learn the basic throws and tactics by Ultimate Frisbee players with plenty of experience.

A nice combo of drills and games seperately with the beginners, as well as with the experienced players to get to know the full team.

A friendly and international environment.

Lots of fun and running.
What should you bring?
- Cleats (noppenschoenen) if you have them
- Water bottle
- A light and a dark shirt (to make teams)
