Vesta is pleased to partner with real estate experts Heather Domi and Ilyse Dolgenas to present "The Power of Partnership: Aligning Legal and Real Estate Strategy in Divorce Matters."

Housing decisions during divorce are rarely just about real estate. Legal strategy, financial considerations, and timing shape them. When these elements are not aligned, even well-intentioned plans can begin to break down.

In this workshop, we’ll explore how a coordinated approach across legal and real estate professionals can lead to more thoughtful, durable outcomes. Together, we’ll walk through where cases often encounter challenges, particularly when timelines, communication, or roles are unclear.

We’ll also introduce a clear framework for evaluating whether to sell, stay, or buy out, helping ensure these decisions support both the immediate process and long-term stability.

This event will be hosted as a Zoom meeting, not a webinar, to foster a sense of community. We warmly encourage attendees to keep cameras on if possible. If you prefer to keep your attendance private, you are always welcome to turn your camera off and display only your first name.

Advance registration is required at https://bit.ly/MasterClassMay6.

We will email the webinar link to registered participants before the event. If you want to register for this event directly with us (instead of via Eventbrite), please email team@vestadivorce.com or call 1-877-355-7649.

Divorcing a narcissist? Learn strategies for high-conflict divorce, financial protection, and communication tools that actually work.

    About this Event:

Divorcing a narcissistic spouse can feel destabilizing, confusing, and overwhelming both during the legal process and long after the paperwork is finalized.

Join the Vesta's New York/ New Jersey Hub for an in-depth conversation on navigating high-conflict divorce and post-divorce challenges with clarity, strategy, and the right professional support. This program will explore strategic litigation, financial protection, effective communication, and structured mediation models designed to help you protect yourself not just in court, but in the years that follow.

In this webinar, you will learn how to:

    • Gain insight into Strategic Litigation in High-Conflict Divorce – see how experienced counsel handles manipulation, delay tactics, and courtroom positioning when divorcing a narcissistic spouse.
    • Recognize when firm, decisive litigation is necessary to create lasting protection post-divorce.
    • Obtain communication strategies from a high-conflict certified divorce coach on how to best deal with a narcissist in and out of court during and post-divorce that you can immediately put to use
    • Focus on facts, not emotions: In divorces involving a narcissist spouse, financial manipulation and selective disclosure are common. Learn how a CDFA can help you organize, analyze, and document assets, income, and liabilities so decisions are grounded in data, not intimidation, pressure, or shifting narratives.
    • Protect the long-term outcome, not just the settlement: Beyond negotiating numbers, a CDFA can model settlement options, stress-test cash flow, and evaluate overall financial implications to help you feel more confident about your finances after the divorce, not just a “win” on paper.
    • Learn how a male–female co-mediation model can support productive dialogue without resorting to court.

Follow Vesta on our platforms – Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn.

We respect your privacy, and your attendance is confidential. Zoom webinar attendees can only see the Presenters, not each other.

Advance registration is required; click here. During registration, please submit any questions about the divorce process. We will answer these during the Q&A portion of the event.

We will email the webinar link to registered participants before the event. If you want to register for this event directly with us (instead of via Eventbrite), please email team@vestadivorce.com or call 1-877-355-7649.
