Veterans in Business Quarterly Social at Center for Brain Health

Our next quarterly social will be at the Center for Brain Health which is a part of the UTD school system and has some amazing programs for veterans dealing with TBI and PTS. These programs are no cost to our veterans and some of the programs actually pay the veterans to take part. They have an amazing facility and are being very generous by providing food and drinks (3 per person) to everyone who attends.

By hosting our social at their location, we hope to get some more of our veterans and patriots familiar with the services that the Center for Brain Health provides while at the same time providing a fun, festive atmosphere for our members to connect and socialize outside of our monthly meeting.

Tours of the facility will be given throughout the mixer by Center for Brain Health staff for who are those interested.

There is a $5 suggested donation for our members who are attending since food and drink will be provided. Reason being, the Center for Brain Health is taking on some added costs as they have to hire a TABC server and also additional security to work the parking lots for the mixer so our donation will go to help with these additional costs. We do not want our event to impact their budget or any of the good work they are doing for our veterans. Any leftover moneys will go into our quarterly donations and be given to our charity of the quarter.

Veterans in transition who would like to go but have an issue paying the $5, please contact me personally (Ryan) as my company has no problem sponsoring you to attend.
