Welcome to Via Giulia — a creative community in Rome!
Named after one of Rome's most beautiful streets, Via Giulia is a space where art, history, and a good story meet.
Founded and curated by me — Yuliia — a painter, explorer, storyteller.
I moved to Rome not just because my Latin professor made me fall in love with the history of Ancient Rome (partly), and not because I was hoping to find my big Italian love story (which I did!) — but to put myself in a place where my own creativity, my spark, could come back to life.
Is there any better place on Earth for that?
I want to make art and explore Rome, and both are better in the right company — which is why I curate three regular events here:
🖍️ Ugly Sketch Walk — monthly sketching walks where drawing badly is the whole point
🏛️ Museum Sunday — every first Sunday of the month, we visit one of Rome's museums together and discuss it over aperitivo
🗺️ History Gossip Walks — monthly route walks as I work toward my guide license
💬 Join the WhatsApp group or follow my Instagram to stay in the loop.
Curious about a private walk instead? Message me directly! I also offer one-on-one experiences.
— For everyone seeking a spark in this eternal city.
