In May, we host special guest Cameron Hightower to present on token optimization and AI-assisted development in production. The first half covers progressive disclosure (Skills, MCP, tool discovery flows), declarative JSON in automation workflows, and the Claude Code workflow tactics he relies on day-to-day — CLAUDE.md, slash commands, MEMORY.md pruning, reusable scripts, etc.... The second half is about running agents against a real production codebase, drawing from a platform live across ~30 med spa clinics. Small group breakout: What are the most important aspects of your workflow? How do you optimize token usage?

Cameron is a former math teacher and traveling van dweller. He is now an independent full-stack developer based in Austin.
