ILLUMINATE RETREAT
A shamanic journey celebrating life is a transformative and immersive experience designed to honor and deeply connect with the essence of existence.
3 Nights/4 Days
Rooted in ancient spiritual practices, it combines elements of ceremony, ritual, and communion with the natural world.
Here is what you may encounter during such a journey:
This journey will take place in a beautiful ceremonial setting, inside our secluded retreat center. The chosen location is chosen for its natural beauty and tranquility, providing a conducive environment for deep spiritual exploration. The retreat is hosted on a high vibrational property in the Sonoran Desert in the Valley of the Sun of Peoria, Arizona.
The journey will begin with a DAY TRIP Excursion to Beautiful Sedona to visit the Red Rocks & Vortex's, that evening we will begin our ceremonial opening, led by a 5th generation Navajo shamanic guide. This may involve the lighting of a sacred fire, smudging with herbs like sage or palo santo, and the offering of blessings or intentions.
Participants are encouraged to connect with the natural surroundings. This may involve walking barefoot on the earth, sitting in quiet contemplation, or engaging in activities like meditation in nature.

Participants are led through guided meditations or trance-inducing techniques. This can include rhythmic drumming, chanting, or specific breathwork exercises. These practices help alter consciousness, facilitating a deeper connection to the spiritual realm with the plant medicine of peyote and cacao.
During the altered state of consciousness, participants embark on a journey within themselves. They may encounter spirit guides, totem animals, or other benevolent beings that offer guidance, wisdom, or healing.

Our Shamanic practitioners may perform energy work on participants, using techniques like hands-on healing, sound therapy, or energy clearing. This is aimed at releasing blockages, promoting balance, and facilitating healing on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels.

Participants may engage in rituals or ceremonies to connect with their ancestral lineage. This can involve paying respects to ancestors, seeking their guidance, or acknowledging their influence on one's life.

After the journey, participants are encouraged to spend time in reflection. They may journal their experiences, share insights in a group setting, or engage in activities that help integrate the newfound wisdom into their daily lives.
This journey concludes with a closing ceremony with a special New Years Celebration, where gratitude is expressed for the experiences and the lessons learned.

Participants will have the opportunity to share their experiences with others in a safe and supportive environment. This fosters a sense of community and allows for mutual learning and growth.

It's important to approach this shamanic journey with an open heart and mind, respecting the traditions and practices of the facilitators. Safety and well-being should always be prioritized, and participants should feel comfortable expressing any concerns or preferences they may have.

Retreat Itinerary
24 Hours Prior to Retreat:
Ceremonial Protocols require your body, mind, and emotions to be prepared and ready for ceremony. Remember to eat “clean”, practice “mindfulness”, and hydrate with electrolytes – RECOMMENDATIONS: Prior to arriving at Blisstopia Retreat Center, eat a balanced lunch of fruits and vegetables.
