What we’re about
The purpose of this group is to bring together like minded individuals in North County, San Diego.
I host a bi-weekly sound bath at the Green Dragon Restaurant in Carlsbad, CA. I had a very positive experience when I started as a sound bath participant and now my goal is to share that gift with others in our community.
I plan on adding more events, in addition to sound baths, so we can all get to know each other better and enjoy doing the things that make us feel good together!!! Beach walks, yoga, book clubs, etc. If you have any ideas please reach out I would love to chat!!!
