Monthly Hike - VHT will be part of the ADK Expo

VHT will be tabling at the ADK Expo in Mendon Ponds Park again this year. Chauncy will lead a faster more strenuous hike starting at 10:00 am for 5-6 miles probably utilizing the East Esker trail. The hike will last for about 2 hours so as to get back to take advantage of the food truck(s).

As usual, dress for the weather and wear hiking boots or trail shoes as there will be several hills.
