Set up tent for working on Library benches

We will set up a 12x20 tent at Chauncy's to facilitate the sanding, painting and reassembling of the Library benches that are destine to on the .6 mile Rawson/School/Auburn Loop. We may start disassembly and sanding of the metal parts if things go quickly.
