📍 Meeting Location
Beacon Hill Totem Pole, 100 Cook St, Victoria, BC

👗 What to Wear
Smart casual attire recommended, along with shoes suitable for walking.

⏰ Event Format
• Please arrive by 12:45 PM to check in and socialize before we begin. Guests arriving after 1:00 PM risk missing portions of the event.
• We’ll kick things off with a light, interactive icebreaker to help everyone feel comfortable.
• Participants will walk in pairs, rotating partners approximately every 5 minutes.
• At the end of the experience, you’ll fill out a brief Google Forms survey indicating who you’d like to reconnect with.
• Mutual matches will receive each other’s contact details after the event.

A few candid photos and short video clips may be captured for future promotional use. If you’d prefer not to be included, just let us know during check-in.

In the case of severe weather, the event will be postponed. While refunds are not available, your ticket will automatically be applied to the rescheduled date.
