📍 Meeting Location
Beacon Hill Totem Pole, 100 Cook St, Victoria, BC

👗 What to Wear
Smart casual attire is suggested, along with comfortable footwear for walking.

⏰ What to Expect
• Please arrive by 12:45 PM for check-in and a chance to mingle before we begin. Guests arriving after 1:00 PM may miss part of the event.
• We’ll start with a relaxed icebreaker activity to help everyone feel comfortable.
• You’ll be paired with different participants and rotate approximately every 5 minutes during the walk.
• After the event, you’ll complete a short Google Forms survey indicating who you’d like to connect with.
• If there’s a mutual match, contact details will be shared afterward.

We may take a few casual photos and short video clips for promotional use. Please let us know at check-in if you’d prefer not to be included.
