
What we’re about
The purpose of this group is to share the simple meditation techniques of Sahaja Yoga with anyone who wishes to learn.
Through free, in-person weekly classes, participants experience how meditation can help reduce stress and bring peace and balance into daily life. In addition to weekly in-person classes, we host special events such as music & meditation sessions, workshops and online meditation courses.
Everyone is welcome, and no prior experience is necessary. Weekly classes are every Tuesday at 6:30 pm at the Quadra Village Community Centre.

This week, we'll focus on what it means to live more in the present, and how we get there through meditation.
Each week, we'll learn about simple techniques that reduce stress and make us more balanced and peaceful. We will also learn about what we can do at home to incorporate meditation into our daily life.
What to expect:
Classes include a brief discussion of a weekly topic, a guided meditation, and suggestions for setting up your daily practice at home, followed by Q&A.

✧Join anytime - drop-in's welcome
✧No equipment required. Chairs are available for sitting, but feel free to bring a mat if you prefer. (There is no stretching or physical movement
