Community Wellness Walk
Thursday, April 30 • 9:00 AM –10:00 AM (approx.)
Langford Lake – Ed Nixon Trail (meet outside Westhills YMCA main entrance)
Join for a gentle forest walk designed to help us slow down, reconnect with ourselves, and enjoy the calming effects of being in nature with others. This isn’t a fitness walk — it’s a relaxed, community‑oriented walk, and a great way to start the day.
Details
We’ll walk a portion of the Ed Nixon Trail (to Scout’s Point and back). Wear comfortable shoes and dress for the weather. Free parking and bus access available.
*For those who may be running late on the day of, we will start walking by 9:05 but you’re welcome to catch up with us on the trail 😊 If you can’t make it, please change your RSVP so I know who to expect.
If there’s enough interest for this time and day of the week, I will offer this as a monthly walk.
About Me
