Asanas alone, without principles are merely physical movements!
But when fuelled by yoga's principles they embody profound transformation, connecting body, mind and spirit. You will be strong yet soft, resilient yet vulnerable, a true reflection of balance π§π»ββοΈ
These outdoor events are created so more people can join our little community and enjoy nature presence during the yoga session πͺ·
We will be practicing yoga together for 60min and create space afterwards for having open heart to heart conversations, which allow energy healing π
The exercises are going to be individually adapted to the beginner & intermediate level of each participant and the major focus lies on a holistic approach and development according to HATHA Yoga traditions.
Please make sure to arrive 10-15min earlier and bring your yoga mat,and a bottle of water with you ππ»ββοΈ
