A group for everyone that's sick of the "no pain, no gain" way of staying fit and healthy. At My Pace, everyone goes at their own pace! And we love it
Here we'll organize weekly group workouts in the beautiful Prater that align with our mission of offering workouts that are Fun, Social & Balanced. Workouts are HIIT based (that means we often do exercises for a short time interval instead of counting repetitions) and we primarily use our own bodyweight (as opposed to weights or other equipment). We love it. I think you could too :)
So if you're looking to get fit (or stay fit), if you just want to get out more, if you're looking for some english speaking friends, if you want to build up a healthy routine, if you enjoy your exercise more when you can share it with others; then you're in the right place!
