Here we'll organize weekly group workouts in the beautiful Prater that align with our mission of offering workouts that are Fun, Social & Balanced. Workouts are HIIT based (that means we often do exercises for a short time interval instead of counting repetitions) and we primarily use our own bodyweight (as opposed to weights or other equipment). We love it. I think you could too :)
