🌿 Join us for our very first event: Yoga in the 40+1 Garden.
Take a deep breath, stretch under the sky, and enjoy the calm of our cozy courtyard surrounded by olive trees and great energy.

✨ A brand new hotel has opened its doors at Schönbrunner Straße 41 — FortyPlusOne Hotel. While we’re currently in our soft opening phase, we’re already welcoming the community to enjoy our space.

📍 How to find us
Look for the black “40+1” sign and two olive trees by the entrance. Enter the building and walk straight into the courtyard — we’ll be waiting for you there.

🧘‍♀️ Mats: Feel free to bring your own yoga mat. We’ll also have a few available on-site if you need one.
