Once a year, in line with the cherry blossoms blooming, we hold our Saturday morning class in the park.
If it rains, the class will be held at the studio as a regular yoga class. In that case, we will contact all participants by studio email and through this event page on MeetUp the evening before.
年に１度桜の開花に合わせて、土曜日の朝のクラスを公園で行います。 雨のときはスタジオでの通常ヨガになります。その際は前日の夜にスタジオメールとミートアップページから参加者のみなさまへご連絡をします。

🌸What to bring
- Yoga mat
- Your own bento (lunch box), drinks, snacks, etc. for cherry blossom viewing — feel free to bring whatever you like
The yoga practice will be very simple and accessible. Please enjoy the arrival of spring and the experience of practicing outdoors.

🌸How to confirm the location on the day
Location updates will be shared only via Instagram Stories.
When communicating individually across multiple apps, there is a higher chance of missing messages, and every year some people have difficulty finding the group.
(WhatsApp, LINE, Facebook Messenger, Messenger, Email, MeetUp)
If I receive individual messages through these different apps, it becomes difficult to keep track of everything. I may also miss phone calls.
So please try to find the group’s location using the map shared on Instagram Stories as much as possible.
