Thank you for taking look at this event page. Let me share some information about this yoga group in advance!

① About cancelation
Surprisingly people irresponsibly cancel the event on the event day or the day before. If you do that, I can't organize the class in a healthy way. So please never make a selfish cancelation. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

② Payment
Please have the exact amount ready.
Or I appreciate the cashless payment! You will find me with IDs below.

③ The class level
You might find New York Style Yoga class difficult especially the first time even if you are a seasoned yoga practitioner because of unfamiliar movements! But we do some stretches in the beginning and the end of the class. So please try out the class first and see how it goes!

④ Class themes
There are four weekly class themes.
【Kundalini, deep stretch, arm balance or handstand challenge, backbend】You can find more details about each theme in each event page.

⑤ Let's connect!
Meeting new people through yoga is one of the things that makes my life meaningful and I'm always looking forward to seeing everyone! So thank you so much for having your interest in my yoga class!

I can't wait to see you in the class soon!!

Thank you and namaste.
