# Virando a Página: Write, Feel, Create, Connect

Writing does not have to be a solitary struggle. Creativity does not have to begin in the mind. And sometimes, turning the page starts with simply showing up.

Virando a Página is a community for people who want to create, express themselves and develop a more consistent relationship with writing — in connection with others, with themselves and with what is possible.

We bring together writing, creativity, conscious feeling, expression and body awareness to create experiences that move beyond the traditional idea of what a writing community can be. Through writing sessions, creative workshops, conversations and collective experiences, we explore different ways of thinking, feeling and creating.
Here, writing can be academic, creative, personal, experimental or somewhere in between. We make space for research and imagination, structure and spontaneity, words and what exists before, within, and beyond words.

## Who should join?

Virando a Página is for anyone engaged in writing — from academic researchers and students to independent writers, artists and creatives who want to develop a more consistent writing and creative practice in community.
It is also for anyone interested in conscious feeling, authentic expression, body awareness, and creating from a deeper connection with themselves and others.
You do not need to identify as a writer to join. If you are curious about creativity, expression and new ways of connecting with your ideas, feelings and creative process, you belong here.
