When we seek to stop avoiding our emotions and understand them, we form a more cohesive flow of our body and experience. Looking at our emotions as an extra sensory perception vs a threat to be numbed or dismissed allows us to learn and better understand ourselves and others. Emotions can be paired with reason and appreciated for the animating life force they are able to provide. We will discuss various questions that help explore our inner world.
