The Forward Party is a new political party focused on actually solving America's problems. We host regular events to connect with like-minded reformers & support high quality candidates for local, state and national office.

[July 2026] NoVA Forward Monthly Social
Namaste, 1504 King St, Alexandria, VA, USThe NoVA Forward Party's July 2026 Social Event will be at Namaste Jalsa in Alexandria on Wednesday, July 8th starting at 7:00 PM. Forward Party members and guests will have an opportunity to socialize with each other, learn more about the Party and other opportunities to participate, all while enjoying wonderful food and drink!
Namaste Jalsa is located about 6 minutes away from the King St.-Old Town Metro Station on the Blue and Yellow Lines. Colonial Parking has a paring garage (King Street Station location) about 6 minutes away from Namaste Jalsa, next to the Metro Station. Street parking is free after 5:00 PM on Weekdays. Attendees will be expected to pay for their individual or group items.

We have the opportunity to make a stand for democracy and civil engagement in the face of the political chaos coming out of DC. We have a lot of work to do and need your help.We use this monthly touch base to:
- Welcome any newcomers - provide a brief Q&A, point them towards resources to learn more, and generally bring them onboard
- Keep members in the loop - relay any pertinent news from the Forward Party in Virginia and Forward National.
- Make progress on NOVA Forward's 4 main goals:
- A) Grow our membership,
- B) Establish ourselves in the community,
- C) Recruit candidates and elected officials, and
- D) Support affiliated candidates' campaigns
