Root to Rise: Grounding Summer Meditation Pop Up

A grounding meditation for visionaries ready to move from scattered to steady.

As part of our seasonal Summer Radiance Series, this open-air meditation pop-up invites you to reconnect with the foundational energy that supports all creativity, clarity, and movement forward.

In this 45-minute session, we’ll use gentle breathwork and the bīja mantra that corresponds to the root chakra—our energetic center of safety, stability, and belonging. This practice helps calm the mind, settle the body, and create a clear inner foundation from which visionary energy can rise and flow.

This guided meditation experience is designed to facilitate:

  • A calmer, clearer inner state
  • A felt sense of grounded presence in your body
  • Subtle activation of your creative energy—without force
  • A simple technique to use when you feel scattered or overwhelmed
  • Connection to a community that values stillness, depth, and beauty

This practice is about returning to your base—so that what you create is rooted in strength, peace, and trust in life.
