About us

I know very well the world where we are constantly expected to analyse, solve, decide and perform!

For many years, I worked in international corporate environments where problem-solving, strategic thinking, decision-making and delivering results were part of everyday life.

These skills are valuable! But not every question in life — personal or professional — can be solved by thinking harder.

Visual Reflection is a structured practice that combines visual thinking, coaching and reflective questions, mindfulness and creativity.

Instead of keeping everything in your head, you bring the situation onto paper. This can help you notice patterns, priorities, tensions, emotions, assumptions and possible next steps that may be harder to see through analytical thinking alone.

This group is for you if you want to:

• gain clarity when your thoughts keep going in circles
• explore an important personal or professional decision
• see a challenge from a different perspective
• slow down and reconnect with yourself

What happens at the events?

Each workshop focuses on a real-life topic or question, such as: goals & direction, life purpose, relationships, money, self-worth, stress, overload & inner balance.

I guide you through a structured visual reflection process using simple lines, shapes, colours and symbols together with coaching questions and mindful observation.

No artistic skills are needed. This is not an art class.
-> Drawing becomes a tool for thinking, reflection and seeing your situation differently.
