Winter Wonderland Christmas Catered Dinner and Dance

Celebrate the holiday season with us on Saturday, December 19, 2026, with a festive evening featuring a catered buffet dinner, Christmas games, prizes, and three hours of Latin dancing!

Come dressed in your best Winter Wonderland colours — think whites, silvers, or blues — and you’ll receive one free raffle ticket for your chance to win our Grand Prize! 🎁

Additional raffle tickets will be available for purchase as part of our fundraiser for 5 tickets for $5.

🕓 EVENT SCHEDULE

3:15 PM: Doors open
3:30–5:00 PM: Christmas games — bring a wrapped gift valued at $20 if you’d like to participate in the Christmas Elephant Game!
5:00–7:00 PM: Catered buffet dinner — please arrive by 5:30 PM to be served
7:00–10:00 PM: Latin social dancing featuring Salsa, Bachata, Kizomba, and Merengue

Tickets are available for the full Dinner & Dance package only. Tickets are non-refundable; however, they may be transferred to another person if you contact us.

If you’re unsure about your plans, you can also purchase a ticket as a gift — it makes a wonderful Christmas present!

If you are bringing a plus one, please purchase two separate tickets so that each attendee’s name and email address can be included on the registration.

🌱 SUPPORTING OUR COMMUNITY

As a community-focused non-profit association, we truly value your continued support, especially during the holiday season. All funds are reinvested into our events and association to help us create welcoming, accessible, and memorable experiences for our community.

It costs approximately $4,000 each year to cover the basic costs of running our events and association, including insurance, permits, equipment, venue rentals, administration, and website maintenance.

Photos and videos may be taken during our events and may be shared on our social media, website, or other online platforms.

If you do not want to be photographed or recorded, please let our event team, photographer, and/or videographer know when you arrive. They will make sure that photos or videos of you are not taken and that no identifiable photos or videos of you are posted.

If you did not have a chance to let our photographer or videographer know and later notice that we’ve posted a photo or video of you, please contact us and let us know which one it is. We will remove it as soon as possible.
