The building is up for lease. I've talked to a few folks who think it would be cool to get some investors together and get this landmark cafe up and running again. If anyone is interested in investing their time, energy and/or money in something like this, let me know. There's quite a few like-minded individuals in the group. You'd be surprised what we can accomplish when we put our numbers to work for us!
