As we dance into the final weeks of 2025, I’m offering the last two Sound Bath Journeys of the year — spaces to reflect, release, and realign before stepping into a new cycle.

These two sessions are designed as a gentle closing and a powerful beginning:

Both sessions take place in the sacred sanctuary of Wheelhouse, where the studio floor rests on selenite, black tourmaline & clear quartz — crystals vibrating with grounding, clarity, and light. ✨

Sound bath - the unique and special experience
Sound baths and meditation allow our mind to relax and take a rest from thinking. Pressure, stress and unease can be released and even beliefs can be transformed. The process restructures our body and cells, tunes our whole body to increase our frequency, frees ourselves from physical and mental blockages, allows us to find inner peace and serenity and become more energised, focused and joyful.

When is a good moment for this experience?
A sound bath in the morning allows to start a busy day with more serenity and focus. It helps to recharge during a lunch break or demanding business weekend and offers deep relaxation for a restful sleep after work.

What should the size of the group be?
The group size is flexible and always depending on the size of the venue. the sessions are also suitable for a solo participant.

About
My name is Hanna and I am a Lisbon based singer, composer, vocal coach and sound healer from Berlin. During my many years of performing and teaching, I developed a unique form of regenerating and inspiring sound baths: After discovering the healing potential of the voice, I started to integrate more and more instruments with different frequencies and healing benefits, including crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes and drums. In combination with guided meditations, they promise a powerful and rich sound experience.

I offer these sessions for over ten years (a.o. in wellness studios, business and private events) and I am still fascinated by the positive effects they have on my clients (and me): Harmony and flow, a feeling of lightness in the body, more emotional balance, deeper and restful sleep, stress relief and thus more energy. All these benefits lead to better decision making - in our personal and in our business life.
