As spring unfolds and the days grow longer, these weekly Sound Baths invite you to pause, reset, and reconnect with the natural rhythm of the season.
Through immersive sound and gentle guidance, we create a space where the body can relax, the mind can quiet, and your energy can realign with what wants to grow next.

Each session includes a restorative journey with:
🎶 crystal singing bowls & grounding frequencies
🔔 gongs for deep clearing and reset
🥁 drum & Reiki energy for release and balance
🎸 voice / guitar (as guided by the room)
