We are in the process of starting an in person meet up collage focused meetup group.

What: Art
Where: TBD (rental space)
When: Soon
Who: Anyone interested in making art.
Why: Art. Duh.

This is meant to be a casual, loosely guided collage experience designed for anyone with any level of art experience, including none at all. The only thing you need is the want to create something interesting. There aren't any structured rules (yet, fingers crossed).

We will provide materials (vintage-now magazines, and other assorted materials) with a small suggested donation, or you can provide your own paper, photographs, art works you didn't finish, junk drawer contents, broken jewelry, trinkets, or other
ephemera.

Glue/scissors/cardstock/cardboard (like empty food box cardboard) or canvases will always be needed, but we will also provide some.

Please bring the art supplies you have rotting in your drawers.

We will get together in a public place (something like a library or a sign up one time use type rental space, TBD) and make art. You can be social or focus on your own work. There won't be an instructor, but rather a 'resource exchange' where we can get a bunch of creative minds together, add a bunch of creative artistic history filled material that is likely destined for the landfill, all the art supplies you never used and use it to create some cool things!

To your inner child: Stick the sticker. Use the cool marker. Write in the notebook. 💖
