Welcome to the VT 20s and 30s Outdoor Adventurers group! Whether you are a seasoned explorer or just starting to embrace the great outdoors, this group is for you.

We are a community of young adults in Vermont & New Hampshire who love to hike, bike, climb, ski, snowshoe, paddle, and enjoy nature in all its splendor. Activities range from easy to moderate in difficulty, with a 'no person left behind' policy. All skill levels are welcome, and we encourage everyone to share their favorite spots, trip ideas, and outdoor skills. So, if you’re looking for a fun, supportive group to explore Vermont’s wild places, join us!

Group Guidelines
All members must follow a few simple rules to keep the group running smoothly:

1. Please RSVP: keep your RSVPs up to date. 3 no-shows without notice will result in removal from the group. Last-minute cancellations are acceptable,
but please update your RSVP. If you do not, it will be considered a no-show.

2. Read event details carefully: We host a variety of different events. Some may be nearby. Others may be far away. Please review the dates, times, and locations of the events you sign up for to ensure you will be able to attend.

3. Photo requirements: for safety reasons, all members must have a clear profile photo of themselves. This is to help everyone feel comfortable and secure at Meetup events. In addition, we ask that you please bring a photo ID with you to events.

4. Anti-Harassment & Discrimination Policy: Please treat others with courtesy and respect. We are committed to welcoming and supporting members from all walks of life. There will be zero tolerance for any harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior. If you experience any issues, please reach out to me directly. All concerns will be handled privately and thoroughly.

5. Outdoor Ethics: Please treat the natural world that we explore with respect. This means anything you carry in, you must carry out. Stay on designated trails, leave what you find, and be kind to the wild organisms we encounter along the way.
