After work walk - Shelburne Farms (come meet the group!)

Hey folks, unfortunately I need to move the date to Sunday 9/1. I hope you all can still make it. If you are busy, I do plan on posting another event in September, so keep an eye out for that one. Sorry for the change!!!

Hi Everyone! Welcome to the VT 20's and 30's Outdoor Adventurers first official event! I want post a few meet-and-greet type things to get the ball rolling and have a chance for folks to meet each other before we up the anti to more adventurous gatherings. I promise, no icebreakers (I hate them too), just an excuse to escape from your cubicle and go for a jaunt with some outdoorsy folks. We will probably grab some food/drink after too.

For this event we will hike at Shelburne Farms and explore the rolling meadows, lakefront breezes, and maybe even experience the occasional sheep sighting. The plan is to hike to the lake and back along a loop, about 4 miles. Details are below, hope to see you there!

Logistics
We will meet at the Welcome Center near the Farm store. We’ll plan to meet at the trailhead at 5:45p and start our hike shortly after. Expect the hike to take about 1.5 hours or so, with time to and enjoy the scenery. We should be done between 7:30p and 8:00p
