Frontenders Sydney Meetup #16

Details
Welcome back everyone!
In case you missed the news, we're shaking off our past as Vuers. That was fun while Vue was new a few years ago, but these days we find most frontenders are interested in more than just one framework.
So now, we encourage discussion on all frontends, from Vue to Svelte, React, and Angular; even design related topics like design systems and UX/UI. Hope you like our new name! Feedback welcome.
Talk: Vue 2 -> Vue 3
Jackson Gross, Streem
Vue 3 brings a lot of awesome features such as the composition API, script setup, improved TypeScript support, fragments, Teleport, performance improvements and an overall better developer experience, but maybe you're asking yourself -- why fix what ain't broke? Are all of these things really worth the pain of migrating our whole application? Will the breaking changes break things? How hard is it to migrate? Will I have to rewrite our whole application?
If you have thought about any of the questions above, then come and listen to our story of how we migrated from Vue 2 to Vue 3 at Streem, and I'll share a thing or two on what to do -- and also what not to do!
