Welcome to Wakefield Pickleball (PB).
Currently, we play pickleball at the Wakefield School Gym in Wakefield, Quebec, Canada @ 878 Chem. Riverside, Wakefield, QC J0X 3G0
The paddles, balls, partners, and coaching are provided to help you get started. Pickleball is a fun sport and we play using the Official USAPA rules.
Wakefield Pickleball Guidelines:
- Please stay at home if you are not feeling well.
- Do NOT run backwards, you may fall and the cement is harder than your head!
- Warming up and cool-down stretches will help your game and body.
- You should wear some type of glasses to protect your eyes.
- You will be asked to sign a Centre Wakefield La Peche wavier and the PAR-Q.

If your servers are in 90% of the time, you understand what a good return of serve is, if you successfully do third shot drops and then attempt to dink, you are invited to join us at the Wakefield School Gym for intermediate pickleball sessions.

OPEN Play - 3 courts. If you have experience playing pickleball, join us at St Michael’s High School gym Thursdays 7pm to 9pm. Clean shoes are required to play in the gym. The cost is $5 drop in cash or coupon per evening. You can buy coupons ($25 for 5 coupons or $50 for 10 coupons) via EMT sent to treasurer@gatineauvalleyarena.com and in the message section write pickleball and use the password coupons.
Pickleball in Low is organized by the Gatineau Valley Arena Association.
