How We Roll....
'WITP Guidelines'...
Profile Photo:
In order to become and continue to be a member and join our hikes your
Profile Photo: must be a CLEAR, CLOSE-UP, Waist up, FRONT-SHOT of Just YOU with NO filters used at all times.
Profile Name:
Must include at least your FIRST NAME with no aliases Ex: 'Hiker Dude' or 'J. Smith' are not allowed but 'John S.' is fine.
ALL hikes have maximum number of participants allowed for each. Signup deadlines for each hike is usually 10pm the night prior to the hike. If you sign up for any hike your expected to show up to them.
We get it!... Life gets in the way 'Now and Then' and if your plans Must change then message the Host through the event And change your status from "going" to "not going" to allow others to go from any wait lists.
Constant last minute cancelations however (within 24 hrs of event) will be considered chronic and you will be asked to leave our group.
No-Shows and cancelations the day of event are not tolerated!
All Hikes will have a per hiker Fee $1 - $5. At This Time All Fees will be collected at the Meetup location for each hike. Fees cover Meetup service charges.
Just signup if you will join us.
Each Hike will have a "Rating" or skill level please know your skill level (Beginner, Beginner/Moderate, Moderate, Strenuous or Advanced) prior to signing up to any hikes.
When signing up for our hikes, everyone are solely responsible for themselves and hold no one for any losses or injuries.
