Looking for a simple way to get moving, meet great women, and feel better in your body? Walk, Talk & Thrive is a free weekly walking group designed to support your health in a realistic, enjoyable way.
Each session includes:
A relaxed group walk (3–7 km, all levels welcome)
A 20-minute mini health coaching session before we start
A supportive, welcoming environment—no pressure, no judgment
This is about fresh air, connection, and
small steps that lead to real change.
