Labor Day - Emerald City Wanderers invite you to Ballard!
Trail: Explore evolving Ballard. Craftsman homes to condos/apartments, retail core to restaurant row, craft breweries and coffee shops, Ballard Commons, and, of course, the Chittenden Locks. Two routes: 5K and 10K, both rated 1B for easy terrain. Visit Frankie Feetsplinter outside the Nordic Museum!

Driving Directions:
From I-5 north or southbound, take exit 172 and drive west on N 85th (> NW 85th) for approximately 2+ miles to 15th Avenue NW. Turn LEFT onto 15th NW and proceed south/downhill to NW 57th Street. LEFT onto NW 57th and then almost immediate LEFT into St Alphonsus Parish playground/parking lot.
Bus:
Take D Line to NW 60th. Walk two blocks south, and one block east.
Comments:
IVV Credit $4. All are welcome. Suggested Donation of $4 to support these activities.
Restrooms at Family Center. Leashed dogs welcome. Scoop the poop. Carry water and use sun protection. OK for strollers; difficult for wheelchairs.
