Join Interlaken Trailblazers on a route through parks and trails of south Mercer Island.
Trail: Experience wooded hiking trails without driving to the mountains. The 10k walks hills and ravines of Pioneer Park, Parkwood Ridge Open Space, and Island Crest Park with a few stretches of neighborhood in between. The 12k adds distance plus some elevation gain and loss as it takes in Groveland Beach Park with views toward Seattle.
The 5k is a pleasant stroll within Pioneer Pioneer Park.
All walkers must register for the walk. IVV Credit is $3.00. All walkers are welcome. Donations are appreciated to support events like this.
Restrooms at Start and along the trail in parks. Dogs are welcome but not in buildings.Leash and scoop laws apply
